Client Account Information

Information concerning client account balances in FSP Portfolio Services may not always be completely up to date. If the Administrator has not processed a transaction it will not be included in the client's account balance. Contact your adviser if you have any queries.

For those investors through the FSP Prestige Plus product who have chosen to receive certain information on a substantially continuous basis, that information will cover transactions processed up to a time no more than 48 hours (excluding hours in a day that is not a business day) before the time of access. Other client information and reports will usually be updated and provided on a quarterly basis.

You should review all client account information and reports carefully and immediately notify the Administrator or your financial adviser of any errors or omissions.
